I used a piece of black electrical tape of which I created a hole slightly smaller than the lens with a leather hole punch. I've taken hundreds of photos. At one point, it runs under a train trestle where I took this picture. Normally, it is very dark and gloomy under there but I happened to be there when the sun was reflecting off the creek. Although, I was blogging before it was called blogging. Back in the 90's, I created an online journal of my travel adventures which I called The Nepenthe Journal. That soon evolved into a travel journal for other travel writers. Someday, I'll upload the archive.<br /><br />Anyways, I think with this blog, I am going to attempt to upload a picture a day from my iPhone, a photo-blog if you will, in order to hone my photographic eye. I think I am so attuned to art that I often take it for granted and pass on by.
